Headline Details: A constellation of four 3U CubeSats planned for launch into approximately 500 km Low-Earth Orbit, at approximately 47 degrees inclination in Q2 2027. The mission’s goals are: - Capacity building for students and young engineers - Study of space environment - Technical evaluation of in-house developed payload Planned community-facing activities include: - Regular telemetry beacon transmissions; - Special-event text/data/image transmissions using a published amateur mode; - The project also intends, where technically practical, to provide a public mechanism for reception reports and decoded packet contributions. Telemetry beacon, images data will not be encrypted and made publicly available. - Payload data will be encrypted but this can be subjected to change. Proposing a UHF downlink using BPSK at 1k2 up to 9k6 kbps. Planning a SpaceX launch from Cape Canaveral in April 2027 into a 500 km 47 degree orbit. **In the absence of a specific amateur radio mission, frequency coordination ahs been declined**
