| Headline Details: India-Mauritius Joint Satellite (IMJS) mission is LEO remote sensing mission, used for mapping the geographical area of Mauritius. Using this Mission, Mauritius Engineer gets self-training and exposure to amateur services. The data product will be utilized by Mauritius for wellbeing of their citizens. Proposing a UHF downlink on 435.080 MHz using 1k2 FSK. Planning a launch from SDS-SHAR into a 530 km polar orbit. **The group has been informed that IARU is not in a position to assign frequencies for this mission. The reason for this is the lack of an amateur component, the absence of a licensed radio amateur and the incomplete nature of the request documentation** | ||||
